Testimonials

Here's what our Clients Say

Discover how professionals have transformed their careers with Career Growth Studio. Our clients’ success stories reflect the impact of personalized guidance, expert strategies, and dedicated support.

"I am grateful to say that I took the right decision by enrolling in the program. They have helped me so much by choosing the right companies and growing as an individual in the workplace. My consultant is a wonderful guide. He encouraged me to undertake every opportunity which could help me build up my career as a business admin. Highlights of my internship was gaining a practical industry experience in business analytics and revenue management, developing skills in CRM program, and gaining practical experience in project management. My supervisor is an amazing person. She's helping in understanding how business work in the real world and acknowledging the relationship between department with a multi-site and multi-entity organization. Other employees in my internship are also helping to develop my skills as a revenue intern and networking around the corporative office".

Kirandeep Kaur, Business Administrator

"My name is Patrick, I am 33, and I am French. Following a bachelor's degree in the U.S., I came to Australia for a Master's in 2004, only to leave the country late last year after an enviable career start at Virgin Australia, one of the Australia's two main airlines, and some great memories down under. Now back in Europe and working in the NGO space. After my master's, I choose to do an internship in Australia to stay a little longer in the country and to get my career started in a job environment that was much more dynamic than back in Europe. What a great move it was. I was in place in a young and cool company, a very interesting and formative project, and the perfect role to put me on track to some higher positions. I was 24 when I started working, and by the age of 30, I already had a career that many 40-plus-year-old would envy".

Patrick Fava, Project Management Intern

"I'm glad that I made a great decision which is asking for help. They're all very professional and very friendly. They provided me a lot of help, such as interview mocking training, modifying my resume. It didn't take me a long time to get the interview. Their efficiency surprised me. I'm studying marketing, so I really need a working experience that is related to marketing. They helped me get into an amazing company where it can allow me to learn more about marketing in real business environment. The company they found for me got me involved to every marketing aspect. As an international student, it is really hard to find an internship without any proper working experience. They are like a bridge that can help you connect to a bright future. To have a good start of your career, go for the program."

Nancy Wang, Marketing

"Fantastic service, great experience from the start to finish. My consultant was really helpful. I got placed in an engineering company for internship within 3 weeks. I felt very welcomed in that company, learned a lot from my supervisor and other staff working there. Thank you! Highly recommended to anyone looking for internship opportunities."

Abhishek Kumar, Electrical Engineering

"Whilst I couldn't imagine my experience is the standard, I can't thank them enough for what they've done. Within two weeks of signing up, I had been placed in an internship and offered a full-time position. Throughout the entire process, they always supported me, and without their help, I believe I would not have found employment for quite some time. I would like to especially thank my consultant for helping me every step of the way".

Thomas Shalders, Human Resources

"My host company gave me training on different elements like tendering, estimating, subcontractor management, procurement, documentation, and client management. I was able to learn how to prepare estimates on the basis of Australian standards. They offered a part-time job after the internship. I am so fortunate to start my dream job in Australia. Thank you for your valuable support in finding my internship and job. Thank you for finding an internship for me in my dream career."

Raghu, K., Civil Engineering

Have questions about our Internship Program? We’ve got you covered! From application tips to program benefits, find all the answers you need to kickstart your career journey with Career Growth Studio.

Will I receive remuneration for the internship?

Participants in the Internship Program do not receive remuneration from host companies. In Australia, an internship is considered a vocational training period offered by an organization for a limited, unpaid time.
Unpaid internships are legal in Australia if they form part of a vocational placement as defined by the Fair Work Act 2009.
Consult the Fair Work Australia website for more information about the rules related to work experience and internships.

How many opportunities can I expect to receive?

If a candidate is unsuccessful in an interview with a host company, they will be granted up to three interview opportunities, according to the program's terms and conditions.
A candidate is considered unsuccessful in an interview if rejected by the host company.

Is there any guarantee of obtaining a permanent or paid position at the end of the internship?

While there is a positive history of interns receiving permanent job offers at their host company (over 60%) and starting to work in their field of study after the internship, the Internship Program providers do not guarantee employment as part of the program. The outcome depends on several factors, including the intern's performance during the internship.
To increase the likelihood of receiving a job offer, it is recommended to take proactive measures such as gaining comprehensive knowledge about the company and industry, working diligently, showcasing your skills and abilities, building professional networks, and continuously improving your knowledge and skills throughout the internship with the host company. These actions can significantly enhance your chances of securing employment at the end of the internship.

Can you help me find an internship that meets my university course requirements?

Absolutely!
If you are looking for an internship as part of your university or higher education course and need help finding one, the first thing you should do is gather the official documents from your university or educational institution detailing the credit requirements for the internship. We recommend consulting with your course advisor or the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) team at your university to understand the specific requirements for internship or placement subjects, as these can vary between universities.
If you would like more information, please feel free to contact us at info@careergrowthstudio.com. We will be happy to provide more details.

What happens if I decide to voluntarily withdraw from the program?

However, you may be eligible for a refund of the program fees before the program initiation, which refers to the moment you are assigned an Internship Program Supervisor and internship counseling and/or program negotiation begins.
We recommend that you carefully read the Program Terms and Conditions for more details.

Does participating in an internship count toward my weekly work hour limit?

No, participating in an internship does not count toward your weekly work hour limit. According to Australian legislation, an internship is not classified as employment. Therefore, the hours worked during an internship are not subject to the restrictions imposed by the Student Visa regarding work hour limitations, even if the 48-hour fortnight restriction is reinstated.

How long does it take to find me an internship?

Generally, it takes 3 to 4 months from the enrollment date until the candidate starts their internship. This period covers the entire process of finding a suitable internship opportunity.

Is the Internship Program designed only for recent graduates, or is it suitable for someone who completed their undergraduate or bachelor’s degree some time ago?

The Internship Program is not limited to recent graduates. It is suitable for individuals who have completed their undergraduate, bachelor’s degree, or other tertiary qualification, regardless of when they graduated.
We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences, including those who completed their degree some time ago.
The program aims to provide valuable professional opportunities and development for individuals at different stages of their careers.

If I have no experience in my field, can I still be a potential candidate for a host company?

Not having prior experience in your field does not necessarily make you less attractive to a company looking for interns.
Many companies understand that internships are a valuable opportunity for individuals or recent graduates to gain practical experience and develop their skills. They often seek enthusiastic, motivated, and willing-to-learn candidates. While relevant experience can be beneficial, host companies also consider factors such as your academic background, transferable skills, and potential for growth. It is important to highlight your passion, willingness to learn, and commitment to making the most of the internship opportunity.
By emphasizing your strengths and demonstrating a strong work ethic, you can still be an attractive candidate for an internship, even without prior experience in your field.

Do you have paid internships?

Yes, we offer some paid internships; however, it is important to note that these opportunities are exceptional and primarily available in the fields of Marketing, Human Resources, and Event Management.

How long does the internship last?

The duration of the internship typically ranges from 12 to 26 weeks. As part of the program, both full-time and part-time opportunities are offered. For more detailed information about specific program durations, we suggest consulting the Program Price List section.

Do I need to be studying something related to the internship to participate?
